FieldPro Link Privacy Policy

FieldPro Link is software that helps erosion-control and stormwater contractors run their work: schedules, subdivision worksheets, crew notes and billing review. This page explains what we store, who can see it and how to reach us.
What we store
- Your company's account: company name, markets, crews, and each login's name, email address and login type. We never see or store passwords in readable form.
- Your work records: schedules, subdivision worksheets (job-site addresses, lot information, stages, work entries, dates and times), Office and Crew Notes, contacts you add, and the history of who changed what and when.
- Basic technical information needed to keep you signed in and keep the service working (for example, a sign-in cookie and error logs).
- When there is no signal, the app keeps a copy of your work on your device until it can be sent. This copy belongs to the login that made it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- We do not share one company's records with another company.
Who can see your records
- People in your company, according to their login type (Office, Area Manager, C-level, Crew), and only for the markets they are assigned to.
- The FieldPro Link administrator, only to provide support, run backups and restore data when needed.
Google Drive
If a C-level user connects Google Drive, FieldPro Link uses Google's "drive.file" permission. That means it can only see and change the folders and files that FieldPro Link itself creates (your nightly backups and Billing Review files). It cannot see anything else in your Drive. You can disconnect it at any time in your Google Account settings.
FieldPro Link's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Services we use
FieldPro Link runs on trusted providers that process data only to run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Google (Drive backups) and Resend (alert emails).
Backups and how long we keep records
Every night your company's records are backed up to your company's own Google Drive and to FieldPro Link's own backup. Records and backups are kept for as long as your company uses FieldPro Link, because they matter for regulators and builder questions. If your company stops using FieldPro Link, you can ask us to delete your records from our systems; the copies in your own Google Drive stay yours.
Security
Records are sent over encrypted connections, each company's data is kept separate, and access is limited by login type.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
