By signing in to FieldPro Link, you agree to these terms.
The service
FieldPro Link provides scheduling, worksheet, notes, backup and billing-review tools for contractors. We are actively improving it, and features may change.
Your account
Your company decides who gets a login and what type. Keep your login details private and tell your office right away if you think someone else has used them. Crew logins may be shared by the members of one truck.
Your company's data
Your company owns its records. You give FieldPro Link permission to store and process them only to provide the service, including backups. You can get a copy of your records at any time from your company's Google Drive backups.
Acceptable use
Use FieldPro Link only for your company's business. Do not try to access another company's records, interfere with the service, or enter information you are not allowed to share.
Availability
We work to keep FieldPro Link available and your records safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, FieldPro Link is not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Ending use
Your company may stop using FieldPro Link at any time. We may suspend a login that misuses the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
